Welcome to the Supporting Refugee Students Community of Practice
One-size-fits-all approaches fail to adequately support refugee, asylum-seeking and migrant students — particularly in areas like language and literacy development, help-seeking behaviours, information literacy, and fostering a sense of belonging.
This CoP brings together colleagues from schools, universities, TAFEs, settlement organisations and refugee/asylum-seeker organisations to share knowledge, strategies and good practices for creating more responsive and inclusive educational environments.
Attending CoP meetings is free.
