Refugee Education Australia is proud to present the recordings from our 2025 annual Australian Tertiary Access & Scholarship Expo. This year’s event focused on addressing the unique and significant barriers to higher education faced by asylum seekers and those with temporary or permanent protection visas.

We believe that financial hardship and bureaucratic hurdles should not stand in the way of a tertiary education, and this event was designed to open doors to opportunity for these deserving students.

We were privileged to hear from Asma, a former scholarship recipient who shared her inspiring journey from scholarship recipient to university professional. Her story is a testament to what’s possible with the right support.

The session also highlighted the support services available and provided a detailed look at upcoming workshops designed to help you craft strong and competitive scholarship applications.
